Very large arcade, lots of friendly staff, and absolutely rip-off machines 🤩👍. No chance of making money, but what do you expect from an arcade? Despite the incredible money consumption of the machines, which only take and never give, the atmosphere is pleasant. 3 out of 5 stars.

I'm thrilled with the newly opened Casino Lounge, which now houses the casino's live tables – roulette and blackjack. Finally separated from the slot machines, you can once again enjoy a relaxing gaming experience in this beautifully redesigned area or sip a cocktail at the elegant (smoke-free) bar. The lounge had been closed since the pandemic, which also meant the loss of offerings like bingo, while the slot machine area had grown considerably. The new Casino Lounge motivates me to visit more often... (Update to my review April 12, 2026)

You can have fun even if you're alone. There's a bar attached, but it's not expensive.

Guys, I have to pull myself together, so sorry!! In my opinion, this isn't a casino, it's a gambling arcade! Why? There are two roulette tables, one blackjack table, smoking is allowed almost everywhere, countless slot machines, and not a single ATM in the "casino." Anyone who's ever been to a Holland Casino knows what a real casino is! I also felt there was a tense atmosphere among the staff! The clientele is mostly non-German.

The man waited two hours for his drinks, which were very dirty. Otherwise, the casino is okay, except for the restaurant, which is a disaster.

Fun place. Don't care for the smoking inside.

The registration takes forever. The whole entrance area doesnot look nice, with those bright white lights, looks more like a hospital. Once inside the first impression is quite o.k., but it is lacking atmosphere, no music, the machines are almost silent, staff looks/is grumpy, you have to pay for soft drinks and coffee and worst of all...smoking is allowed, so it smells bad. Do not recommend. We were planning an evening in the casino, but left within an hour.

Decent casino. Friendly staff but there was only one blackjack and roulette table and they use an automatic card shuffling machine for the blackjack table. They didn’t have any poker games so it’s mainly a slots casino. The cashier was on break when we were going to cash out so we had to wait roughly 20 minutes but the staff offered us free drinks because we had to wait which was nice. We had a pina collada and a moscow mule and they were quite decent.

Horrible Experience! They used to have vibrant Black Jack and Poker. Now it resembles one of those slot machine halls found close to train stations, filled with shady guests and social welfare collectors. The beautiful Casino Wiesbaden is a much better option here.

One of the worst experiences ever .. roulette is extremely a miss & a clear magnetic system to ruin your money and take it from your pockets.. be aware and careful & dont go there .. a very clear manipulation
