Unfortunately, the once pleasant casino has become a gambling den; so many young people will end up with serious problems because of the slot machines. The croupiers here still play against the guests at roulette and rejoice when they lose.

I would like to complain about the behavior of a female employee at your casino. During my visit, I observed her touching and physically assaulting male guests who were accompanied by their partners. This behavior is unprofessional and leads to uncomfortable situations and arguments between couples. A smile or a brief, friendly chat – I don't think any woman would object to that – but touching a man and getting so close, especially when she was watching us the whole time and saw that we were a couple, is simply deliberate. She should find a different job. She is a Russian or Polish woman with a black hair and an accent. I will never set foot in that establishment again. (I can recommend Braunschweig; it's very professional and friendly.)

Phew. Tough. I was "turned away" under the pretext of alcohol consumption. After speaking directly with the manager, I learned that there were "too many Germans" in the establishment. It's a shame what's happened to the casino in Hanover since Merkur took over. Get well soon.

If in Hannover and don't know where to hang on week day, you can play some Blackjack and drink free beers. If you know basic strategy and have some spare money, this might be a good deal. The place is nice, clean and good service. Recommended.

Pretty nice, fancy looking but not the biggest. Has a smokers room. Never won above 50€ there. The cocktails are fantastic though!

Friendly staff, good dealers and floor staff and a good standard of play at the poker tables. If you like to play cards it's a good place to visit - don't ask me about the machines as I don't understand how to play them and never will. Only negative point is that the poker tables close rather early at 01:15 but that could also be a good thing if you work in the morning! P. S. Food and drinks are also very good in my opinion.

I was refused entry on 14th October 2018 as I didn't have a passport. Im Australian I had all sorts of photo ID electronically including my passort, drivers licence etc on my phone, credit cards (actual), and hotel key. They said it had to be scanned. I asked to speak to the manager and was passed onto Klaus Verlieyeu? Who was not interested in anything but a passport. I don't need to carry it to get into a casino. I didn't even need it to come into the country. I have travelled to many different places and countries and never refused entry to any establishment. Klaus was hesitant to give me his name and refused to take my name down. He said I could complain all I like but the law is the law. I respect the laws of every place I have been, didn't spent my money on food and the casino, instead went with my two German friends and had dinner elsewhere.

I went the first day with passport and gave me a card to enter the casino. Second day they wanted again my passport because the receptionist told me that she doesn't know me even though i gave her the yesterday card. Also I her the free entrance tickets and she charged me 6 euros for two persons. One Greek guy next to me that she should not charge me because I have free tickets that I gave her. She told me in front of my face that I am a liar and I told her to check the cameras. Worst receptionist ever. I highly recommend not to go there Very rude personnel. At the end she wished me good luck ironically!
