Entry is strictly with documents. Foreigners are only required to show a passport! No ID. I decided to add something from my experience after visiting this casino for a month! So, here's what I noticed: in my presence, the same man won as many as three times!!! And it was all by accident, either when I saw him leaving or when I was passing him. So, the immediate thought was that it was a setup! And he was betting even higher on the slot machines: €50 for a single click! Has anyone known or seen this at other casinos?

After many visits, I honestly can’t recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere feels predatory — you see more people walking to the ATM than actually cashing out winnings. Machines barely pay anything back, and the whole vibe is that they just want to squeeze every last euro from you. I didn’t feel respected as a customer, only targeted. Definitely not a place where you can enjoy yourself or feel treated fairly.

This place left me with a very bad impression. The machines feel extremely tight, the atmosphere is stressful, and it honestly seems like the whole setup is focused on taking as much money as possible. I’ve had the same bad experience here *seven ore more times in a row*, and nothing has changed. All the time I am seeing more people going to the ATM(bankomat) to refill their money than going to the cashier to cash out — and that tells you everything about this casino. Very disappointing and absolutely not a place I would recommend.

I recently visited this Casino and had an unfortunate experience. Despite presenting a valid European ID card, I was denied entry solely because it was not a German ID. This policy strikes me as unprofessional and outdated. Given the interconnected nature of the European Union, where travel and residency across member states are commonplace, it is essential for establishments like casinos to update their systems and policies to accommodate all EU citizens equitably. Relying on outdated practices not only inconveniences patrons but also reflects poorly on the institution's adaptability and customer service standards. I urge this Casino to revise their entry protocols and ensure that all European ID cards are recognized. This change would demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and modern standards, enhancing the overall customer experience.
