Pleasant setting and beautiful decor. However, we were disappointed with the service. A reservation for 14 people, which was complicated but planned in advance, meant a 1.5-hour wait for our main courses, and the service was slow and inattentive. When we tried to order the children's menu, the manager's response was, "I'd prefer to take the table next door first." Fine. The rest of the meal unsurprisingly unfolded in total chaos: we asked for Tabasco three times and never received it; we asked again for the sauce for the cordon bleu only to receive a bowl of vol-au-vent sauce (not the same taste, pieces of chicken, in short, just the wrong sauce). In the end, the staff were friendly, although overwhelmed, but it's unprofessional to respond like that or serve the wrong sauce hoping the customer won't notice the difference. And then there's the 1.5-hour wait for a main course with no starter or anything else, even though customers ask to order after 30 minutes. Thankfully, there's the decor.

A modern yet very pleasant Winstub. The food was delicious, and the wait was very short. The staff was also friendly and very attentive.

UNACCEPTABLE! A one-hour wait for a blackjack table. The cashier brushed me off very curtly when I asked if it was possible to get another table. I won't be back!

My wife and I were regular customers at the Niederbronn casino. Our only regret was no longer receiving invitations for the cold buffet; perhaps they're no longer offered? My dear wife has sadly passed away, so now I return alone, with a heavy heart, but always with the same pleasure, especially when I manage to win—all too rarely, as the winnings have become noticeably less generous. The only useful thing in that place is that they sell sandwiches late at night. The rest is awful, rude staff, hours long wait and no payment by card. Horrible restaurant experience.
