Unfriendly staff, excessively long wait at the counter. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a server to come to me, and I left before he even arrived. This is unacceptable for such a place. Very disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hello, a rather bad experience considering we knew the place well, this time very disappointed… We came for a light snack and to have a nice time, but ended up waiting 10 minutes to order, and once our order arrived at our table, the crepes didn't match their description and the ice cream wasn't as topped as on previous occasions… A friendly waiter, but alone and not well-trained to provide a good customer experience… disappointed. We might come back, but we hope to be less disappointed next time.

The place is nice, but I was disappointed with the restaurant. I called to make a reservation, and the person on the phone wasn't very friendly. I asked to reserve a table for 8 pm, and she refused, saying it was first come, first served. We arrived there at 8:10 pm. We were refused service. I think that's outrageous. They might as well have reserved tables so we don't make the trip for nothing. Anyway, thanks, I won't be back.
