Review for Casino Windsor Tim Hortons staff I have been having Bacon Breakfast Sandwich in my local Timmys and also from other locations every week. I ordered my breakfast at 9.53 am on 14 April 2026. ( Take out Order # 9166 ) . It was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The English muffin was toasted well and the bacon was freshly grilled and crispy. It was so delicious that I made my way into the cafe and complimented the chef. I found out that it was "Carrie "who made the sandwich. Well done Timmy's staff, Carrie ♥️ I hope I heard the name right!

A bit of a trip getting across the border but the casino is beautiful. Doesn't feel as crowded or congested and food portions are bigger.

Slot machines definitely don't hit very often these days. Golden rule: the house always wins.

Nothing is good about Windsor

I booked a room for my elderly father and not knowing it had to be in his name. They originally refused to help in any way but charge me the full amount of the hotel without allowing him to check in. The manager was suppose to speak with me directly and refused to only allow me to go from paying 225 a night to almost $1000. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and knowing the seniors would be upset and not willing to assist to help accommodate besides finding another hotel!

We had an extremely frustrating experience staying here. Earlier in the evening we accidentally had music playing past 11pm. As soon as we were notified, we apologized and immediately turned it off , no argument, no issue. We completely owned the mistake and respected the rules. What happened afterward was ridiculous. At 5am we were woken up by staff for another “noise complaint” because our TV was on at a normal volume. We were then told that we were not allowed to talk or laugh in our own room at all. Let me repeat that .. in a hotel, on a Saturday night, we were told we couldn’t even speak or laugh. The irony is we were actually asleep when they came knocking. It felt less like they were trying to manage noise and more like they were trying to police normal human behavior. Hotels are shared spaces, people watch TV, talk, and exist in their rooms. Expecting absolute silence to the point of telling guests they cannot laugh is completely unreasonable. We took responsibility when we made a small mistake earlier in the night, but being woken up at 5am and treated like we couldn’t even exist quietly in our room was unacceptable. If the expectation here is monastery-level silence, maybe that should be made very clear before booking. Would not stay here again. For nearly $500 a room I would take it elsewhere to one of the other hotels in the area.

My husband and I stay at Caesars Windsor frequently despite the exorbitant prices because it is generally a pleasant stay, rooms are adequately clean and the location is great, but in the past few years the quality of service has declined drastically. Hotel staff are rude, snippy with simple requests, and customer service as a whole has been incredibly disappointing. This visit we were being dropped off at the hotel entry and no more than 30 seconds after our car stopped at the door and we were gathering our belongings and saying goodbye to our family members, a hotel staff woman comes pounding on the window yelling that we were blocking traffic despite multiple other cars idling in front and beside our vehicle. I had not even yet unbuckled my seatbelt. After our ride drove away multiple cars remained idling and for some reason did not incur her wrath. There is an acceptable way to speak to a patron and she could have communicated her concern in a more professional manner. This behaviour is not uncommon here and there is repeatedly little to no respect shown to guests based on their appearance. We are terribly disappointed with the downward trajectory of this establishment and would no longer recommend it to guests. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Terrible slot payouts. Worst casino I’ve ever been to. Playing $2.40/spin, getting the bonus feature and it paid out $1.20…. Insane! Lost more money in 24 hours than I lost all of last year. Won’t be back. Rooms are pretty nice. People are decent. Food is not great. Ate at every place but Nero’s. Can’t speak to that restaurant.

The hotel check-in was horribly located on the other side of the casino entrance with lots of walking and escalators for handicap. They charged a resort fee with no amenities that were Resort like. The pool and hot tub were closed, there were no vouchers for free breakfast, and then they have a sign in the bathroom that reads: "Housekeeping services are available every third night. Reducing daily housekeeping is part of our sustainability program and helps to reduce waste and conserve energy and water." Hmmm . . . I totally disagree with a $25 resort fee for each night we stayed! However, I did like the feeling of an adult only hotel. There were no children running around.

This place, like so many in the gaming industry, has really lost touch with how to provide an positive Guest experience. It started at check in...we arrived at 230 and went to check in desk, nobody was really there which was nice. The agent who was friendly says, "yes we have your room ready, but if you want to check in before 3pm, there will be a $25 early check in fee. I just despise this on principal. If I check out at 10 am instead of 11am are you going to give me the $25 back? I think not. In the restaurant/Sportsbook (Legends) they have raised the prices and shrunk the portion sizes. The water pressure is insanely bad. Finally and most importantly the slot machines here continue to be criminally tight. I lost $1700 on $2.5-$3.75 bets in under 90 minutes. On the plus side the beds are comfy, most of the staff are nice and the property (aside from the parking garage) is clean. I won't be back as the care far too much about profits and not nearly enough about the guest experience
