Bad experience in casino 3rd time, never play during the casino events days like today easter hot seat, continuously loosing on slot games.

A couple of years back I had s not so good experience that I filed s complaint at the gas station. They where nice to me and forwarded my complaint to 2 managers,1 talked to In person , the other over the phone. Both were understanding and at the time I felt it to somewhat resolved? I never went back into the casino for more than 2 years? Out of fear. But I finally went back a short time back. And I feel like I am not really welcome their yet from some senior security? I resolved most of well informed problem with the senior managers. Who are nothing like the prejudgemental senior security staff. Who from the first and last time I saw these people seem untrusting towards me as an Indigenious handicapped senior when I am by myself. Even though I am my elderly mothers's care giver. I am well known as a caring trusting person. I filed a complaint with casino managers about their poor air quality that in the past the air was so poor I felt like I was on drugs because of my astmea&stage 4 renial Carcinoma cancer during these past ten years? As well their bad tasting tea machine,I told them I only drank water and tea on most of my visits,I drank coffee once in the while when I found the tea tasting like green strong tea. I know that they changed the tea machine before I stopped going in. The Last time I was their I only drank water and nothing else. But I felt it was still un easy feeling until l left the casino. sorry if the management&security think differently. I have been told by my friends and mega buisness people throughout my life,i am a person who speaks the truth;who stands up for myself. I appreciated the understanding staff&management, but the senior casino staff who have been their forever.

40th Suprise Party a huge success. Big shout out to Lynn, for helping me plan, the use of the games and other treats. Jashan for helping plan the food and beverage. and especially Bailey who was our personal bartender and party host. That gal gets things done.!! Excellent. Good job team.

We’re regular customers for UFC night or sometime come for a concert. If you need some information what’s going on, just give them a call and you’ll get the answer right away. The food is delicious and the service is amazing. When they have the concert or UFC night, it’s very busy but the staffs work extra hard to make you’re happy. I wanted to take a moment to recognize our server, Nicole, who took care of my birthday celebration the other night with a group of 16+ people. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nicole made sure everyone always had a drink, was well served all night, and never missed a beat—even with such a large group. She truly went out of her way to make sure my night was special, including decorating and even bringing balloons, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Her energy, attentiveness, and genuine care made my birthday unforgettable. Please pass along my sincere thanks to her—she is a true asset to your team. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Fantastic! The brunch at the casino is beyond praise. Incredibly delicious, everything is fresh and hot—amazing waffles, excellent pasta, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and the most delicious pizza. The fruit purée-based drinks are a nice touch. There’s too much to list! The staff is friendly and always smiling. Absolutely delightful! Thank you for a wonderful breakfast.
