Been here a few times with buddies and co workers etc as i live DT and it's a nice Casino. Staff are friendly and environment is nice, 1 less star due to the size as it's a little small compared to other Casino's but still a good place to win or lose your money 🥳💵 Have fun all!

Beautiful casino. Feels fancy. I spent $700 totsl on the slot machines and got nothing. Have beenvteice before and nothing. Ill stick to the Nanaimo casino where l at least win something

Good morning bad review only 3rd one I made I drove to Vancouver from the interior and arrived to find out they didn't have a room for me. I was was attending a conference although I was sent verification that my room was booked and was turned away upon my arrival. Not only that was asked to pay by credit card and would be reimbursed by the end of my stay for a room that was booked by our business. So essentially wanting me to pay twice and I said that's not happening? And said there must be a solution but they wouldn't provide me one other than to pay for a room that was already paid for and had to pay cancellation fees on top of that ... And for this I will not be back very dissatisfied .I was so looking forward to my stay after a long drive if there was a -5 star view I would click it - and I imagine they'll turn off comments and send me a canned response for such a big venue you would think they would be more solution oriented... -5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐very negative experience the only positive experience I made it home safely

With the frequent greetings and check-ins from the staff, you can tell that customer service is a priority engrained into the culture at Parq Casino. Unfortunately, the needs of people with disabilities and wheelchair users are not. I was attending a function at the Honey and Salt located on the first floor of the casino. Everything was going fine until I had to use the restroom. The restroom is located just outside the restaurant in the lobby when I went to use the bathroom the only accessible stall was out of order. I went to the front desk and asked where the next closest accessible bathroom was located. They seem genuinely stunned and I got three different answers. I then had to wheel across a huge lobby, wait for a busy elevator, go up one floor, where I had to wait in line to show my ID, wheel across the casino floor (through carpet that felt like quicksand), then wait for an able bodied person to finish using the accessible stall with all of the other stalls were empty. I spent over 20 minutes trying to find the bathroom, before I went in my pants, when I should’ve been spending it with the people that I came there to spend it with. I had to do that twice. The reason I write this a review is in hopes to share a perspective that is sometimes overlooked. If it was the entire men’s bathroom on the main floor that was out of order, it would’ve been top priority. But since the bathroom was running at 90% efficiency, it was status quo. With the amount of dollars this facility generates, the amount of resources that are available, and the extra effort in customer service, I would think that making sure an accessible bathroom is available and working so all of your guests enjoy their visit, should be a major concern.

I enjoyed the area as it's well lite. The disability parking is close to entrance. The food is good. The soda ?? I am a bit perplexed by the cart that serves free to slot machines. When I order food I am required to pay for soda pop? I noted that customers were using the soda machine and not pay for the pop. I was thinking about this. Safe drivers designated should be given free soda drinks and not pay for pop. A point to ponder 🤔
Bliss
If this is your thing then it is 5 star. It has lost its luster for me so I don't have that 5 star feeling. But I'm going to give it 5 stars for the staff. Very helpful, very good at their job, very courteous and took the time from their busy schedule to go above and beyond when I needed directions by escorting me personally to where I needed to go. I recommend it.

It's a really good casino with a decent selection of slots and table games, including high limit rooms. Their slots are pretty loose compared to a lot of tribal casinos and Las Vegas ones. They have plenty of dining options and bars on site, with good quality drinks and food. Highly recommend checking the D6 lounge. Anyway, it feels like there's still plenty of space that is unused. Hopefully, they'll open some new cool lounges or bars over there.
