Always stopped here on my way out to work at 6 am every morning. Guy at the shop is super friendly, helpful, and he genuinely cares about how you're doing. Always a grwat time stopping in thwre. Plus the coffee is delicious!

The staff here are lovely. I stayed for four days with my husband and 3 yr old and it was very comfortable. The room was a king suite and it was definitely worth the extra for all the space and the kitchen. The room was a bit dated, but it was spotless! Location is out in the middle of nothing, but Selkirk is 30 min away and it has everything you may need. The mango is the main restaurant I could visit with my son, it was okay food- 5/10(again the staff were so nice). The arcade is very small. The pool area is stunning but the water is very cold, I liked how there was a bathroom right in the pool area and an elevator from there to the rooms. I really appreciated the water and coffee bar that was complimentary to guests, let me fill up our water bottles every morning and start our day off with tea and coffee 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people, especially adults. Oh and the membership is worth getting 100%, even for the room discount.

I stayed here over Christmas for their stay and play promotion. It was the absolute best stay and this will definitely be a yearly thing now. It was amazing, the pool the food the rooms the staff absolutely everything was so amazing. Did I mention the food, well oh my goodness!!! It is so good and huge, think about sharing or plan on eating the leftovers, cause you don't want to waste. I can't wait for Christmas this year just to go again.

A group of 7 us went to the bar area of the casino. Blue dolphin i believe. At first everything was good. Good prices and food was decent. Took awhile for our waitress to take our order but wasn't a huge issue. There was lots of servers on to accommodate the people that were there. As soon as supper was over the service was horrible. We sat there over an hour and a half before I got up and went to the bar to order a drink for me and my partner. Yana the server never returned to the table to ask if we wanted anything. Took forever for our table to be cleared. Seemed the server was more interested in visiting the other employees behind the bar. It was even witnessed that she seen our table with empty cups and plates and decided to ignore our table. At the end of the evening I had to seek her out to aak her for our bill. When she printed it up she decided to tell me she added on the 15% gratuity. I asked her why. Her response was it was a big table. I then told her that the menu said 8 guest and up a 15% gratuity would be added and we were a table of 7. She then repeated that the table COULD sit 8. I said when I asked for a table I asked for 7 people, and because the table COULD sit 8 we were still only a table of 7. She then told me to calm down (At this point i I was only having a conversation with her, voices were not raised) I was extremely disappointed in my first and last visit to south beach casino. You can not ignore paying guest and then decide to add a gratuity to my bill (as they so choose to do whenever they want and not follow their own house rules they made) so you dont have to do your job to the best of your ability and work for the gratuity as it should work. At the end of the interaction when I was paying my bill Yana the server also had the nerve to literally rip the debt machine out of my hand. When I asked for a manager she came out to discuss the issue we had with our server for the evening. It again was a other disappointing interaction as the manager tried to make excuses for the server behavior and actions.

Stopped in for a late lunch. We had the chickens fingers & also ordered the caesar salad. Compliments to the chef. Chicken was hot & tasty, plenty of frys, coleslaw was tangy. Caesar was excellent, the last time we had the salad it had too much lemon, todays was perfect. Our server was great, checked on us just enough times and was very pleasant. Thank you.
