Great place to lose money

I’d like to point out the amazing service I got from all of the staff tonight! First I was welcomed in by the security guard Austin who went above and beyond in telling me the entire layout of the casino, as I have never attended before, he also informed me on how the draw for the Toyota 4 runner works, Austin is for sure not like the rest of the security guards I’ve encountered, really amazing service from him that I hope is recognized. I then attended the slot cage and met a lovely young man who I didn’t get the name of! Very helpful in telling me how the machines work and where the most popular machines were, and since it was my birthday they even helped me sign up for a birthday wheel and I got a free dessert out of it! The floor service was very quick, I heard the girl coming around every 20 minutes or so, she was very very sweet, really made me feel comfortable. After loosing some money I got hungry and attended the restaurant, where the Chinese special was amazing and decently priced great portions and temperatures, rice was like heaven, and the server never let my glass be empty for longer than 5 minutes! Plus the free dessert was amazing! Very clean casino, a little bit dark but can’t be perfect! Even seen that they had security patrolling outside so that made me feel safer about myself and my vehicle! All the staff made me feel like I was welcomed and cared about! I will for sure be back, when I’m in town next!

Never won super big but it has always been a good spot to hangout with friends. The one night we did have a bit of an incident but the security guard named Austin I think it was, Was phenomenal and helped the situation get sorted and under control. Great assistance and great establishment.

I had gone to the restaurant a while back for the prime rib. It was ok a little overdone and my friends was blue even though he wanted med rare. The broccoli and carrots were almost raw. I tried it again tonight and was very disappointed. My med rare was well and the two pieces of broccoli and two pieces or carrot was raw, my friends looked like it was microwaved, shrivelled up to half its size. Michelle was rude and refused to even talk to us and walked away. Not worth the money.

I love this casino. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are good. Haven’t won massive but still get to play for a bit while there

I came to casino last night and after having a disappointing experience at another casino, I was first met by Braden who had such a great personality and was welcoming and then had given such a great option for me and my friends to try a drink. I will be back to enjoy the atmosphere.

Friendly staff and helpful staff, from the slots Gordon helped solve an issue I had with the machine I was on, to the servers giving great service. Security staff was friendly and even Braden who cheers for Flames and didn’t gloat too much when his team beat oilers, Will defiantly come back to enjoy the atmosphere and have fun
