Had a great time but I wish they had better food choices.

Great new hotel. Have stayed a few times for youth sports and work. Breakfast is not included but some nice options in the food court. The casino is great for people watching or gambling fun. If you face south you can catch some sportsters on the Porsche test track. Rooms are clean. Service is top notch. Alternative food options close by. Lots of parking.

The room price was good. There's a basic food court in the building with a huge parking lot. The steakhouse is excellent, but the other restaurants are just okay.

Visited Pickering Casino Resort recently and had a mixed experience. • Service was excellent. The slot attendants and bartender were both friendly and attentive. • Casino was very clean, better than many others. • However, it felt quite empty with low energy. • Disappointed that the large sports bar was closed by 1030pm on a Thursday during Easter long weekend. Would be a much more attractive destination with live music or a DJ near the gaming floor to create a better atmosphere. Overall, great service and cleanliness, but the experience lacks energy.

What an amazing casino and hotel. Coming from Niagara Falls and the casinos here, Pickering is worth the trip. Great casino. Amazing hotel. Massive room as booking a bare minimum room. Best part. They dont gouge you on parking... its FREE! Will definatly be back! Worth the drive. If I am going to say anything bad. Tried to book a room through the casino and players card. Found a 3rd party booking site for 65% less which is weird.

Stopped here overnight to break up a long drive. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, with nice linens. Nice having some restaurants open late. Was really nice to have lots of EV chargers. Just level 2, but that's ok for overnight charging. Not fancy but met our needs fine, considering the very reasonable room rate.

Excellent service, beautiful building, and the room was the cleanest hotel room I've ever seen. Bed and duvet were so comfortable. The shower products were really nice too. It's a huge bonus that we could charge our EV overnight with ample chargers at a very good price. I'll definitely endeavor to stay here again. I couldn't be happier with our stay.

Reservation staff (Craig i think) lovely and helpful on phone and in person when we checked into hotel. So impressed with cleanliness and decor of the hotel and room. Nice Holiday decor which made it so cheerful around. Room was quiet. Temperature control easy to use as instructions right there. Went to the Casual restaurant for dinner and were very happy with the whole experience. We were there for the Elvis show - great venue as it was our 2nd show there - we dont gamble. The fast food area is great and well maintained. Have been sharing our experience with others and much interest has been shown!

We stayed for a night at Pickering Casino Resort, it was a little distance from the center, but a huge, luxurious place. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, the bed was extremely comfy, and the bathroom had everything one could ask for, including a makeup removal towel, which was handy. I also loved that i could mirror my mobile screen on the TV so i could watch Netflix etc with ease. The walls were sound proof which helped get a restful sleep! The parking is a little walk from the hotel. Although the casinos entrance is closer to the parking lot the staff there wouldn't let us pass through the casino which would've been kinder as it was snowing outside!
