I was accused for not paying my bill. They were looking for anybody. Just anybody to pay for a bill. And I was Forced to pay twice because a waitress was needing somebody to pay who walked out. It looks like they just Got me to pay to relieve the waitress from pressure She convinced me that I did not pay. She wasn't even my waitress. I talked to the real waitress that took my order. Then she took my side and said I did pay and the other woman Look stupid, trying to say I did not pay her. She was not my waitress, so I was surrounded by security, embarrassed by all this. I went ahead and paid. Just just thinking it was my fault. Then, I realized on my phone. I paid twice the other bill was not mine. So I made a complaint do however concern And run it forward, it cleared it up. I got my money back and was apologized by the accusing waitress. How embarrassing. I did not enjoy my night. Maybe I should talk to a lawyer. Who ever that security came to me while me and my wife enjoying playing slot machine and bringing that bill infront of people i feel so embarrassing i got anxiety! In canada, making false accusations is a criminal offence under public mischief( section 140 of crimanal code. Penalties includes up to 5 years in prison for indicatable offences or summary conviction penalties up to 2yrs less a day in jail and 5000 fine. This matter is happend last nyt.

Rude, likely over worked under paid staff. Edit: after being reached out to via email I was asked what happened. I called in and received attitude from the receptionist, and the manager I was transferred to. I think something is in the water at this Casino, and possible even the surrounding area. I would not recommend supporting this toxic environment. What happened: Entered casino night of the Comedy Show March 28. Bachelor party. Security at the door checks out IDs. Fine. After checking the bachelors I inform the lady that “hey, this is the bachelor!” To which she replies “I don’t care” with a tone that pierced our high moods like a balloon. Once the comedy show was over, we went over to play some table games. For me, it was blackjack with a twist wherein the dealer doesn’t pay under certain parameters. I walk up to the table and bet behind someone. The dealer (lady, maybe 55 years old, longer curly hair, red / amber / brown hair, ~5’7” with an attitude) had to check with the floor this was legal as “there are other open spots”. Bizarre. Maybe she’s new. Fine. After, what I thought to be a winning a hand, was not paid. After asking why to my buddy the dealer was quick to chime in with “it’s due to XYZ, didn’t you read the rules? They’re right here” in a snarky tone. I then informed a large gentleman (appeared to be a pit boss) in an Edmonton Oilers jersey of this, which was brushed off. He was quick to sit in the break room next to the cash, door wide open, minutes later. I also spoke with another pit boss. This gentleman was in a proper suit and had a professional demeanour. He is the only employee of this venue I would not have replaced immediately.

A big shout out to Arva and Crystal whose kindness and consideration is greatly appreciated. The only reason i gave 4 stars for the room was due to having rooftop for a view..lol. It is otherwise clean, modern and comfortable. Thank you girls for making my short notice trip very pleasant.

There were 7 of us & we were in the simulcast racing area. We came for dinner & races. The waitress acted as though we were an inconvenience (even though there were only a few other people in the entire section). When we first asked for the table you be wiped (because it was dirty from previous guests) she dropped the cloth in the center of the table for us to clean ourselves (which is useless since the clothes was dry). Her service was less than adequate. She brought us the bill because she was leaving. Gratuity was already added on.....good for her because she got more than she deserved. We saw another server but never got served. 🤔

We so enjoy the restaurant at Century Fort Road. The food choices are varied and always delicious. Our favourites are the salmon dinner and the teriyaki rice bowl. Food is always cooked well to perfection and served as soon as it’s ready. We also enjoy the house red merlot. There are two servers who make our experience special. They are Eileen and Aurora. Both are very friendly and attentive. They pay attention to detail and serve us in a timely manner even when the restauarant is very full. These are outstanding employees who offer the ultimate in customer service. We did not stay at the hotel but come to this casino at least once a week. It is always very clean and well managed. The decor is pleasant and comfortable.

When I first walk towards the restaurant there’s a big sign saying please wait for host to seat you. So I waited for a good 5 mins I was the only one waiting everyone in the dining was finished eating I see 5 workers just stand there talking laughing and 2 looked at me but nothing . I walked up to them saying do you want me to seat myself bc I’m confused nobody greeted me saying one second nothing . She said wait for the hosted to seat you , mind you it’s not busy at all it’s quiet . So I walked back and waited even more while those workers just stare me wait and they weren’t doing anything but chatting . After waiting for at least 10 minutes with no help someone came to sat me . Very slow service , not organized , if you’re gonna hire workers to stand and chat then what’s the point in hiring them . If you see someone who’s waiting , you either help them or ask the person who seats people you call them out . It was literally dead everyone already ate their just sitting there

2 different dealers told me different rules for poker. My buddy was allowed to go all in with 15. Then told her had to told as he was out of money. Then their manager told me a third set of rules. I had QA and hit the flush on the flop. Pays 100 to 1. Was told my bet qualified for $1.50. Asked both the manager and dealer to confirm. They both game me a different story. Felt incredibly scammy, especially a manager not knowing the rules. Grabbed my remaining money and left before I got screwed out of more. Tonight was not okay at all. Will never be back, completely unacceptable
