Clean place, well organized, and a surprisingly enjoyable atmosphere. My visit to Ajax Downs was a great experience overall. The staff were friendly and everything ran smoothly, which made the whole event feel effortless. It’s a nice spot to unwind, catch some live racing, and spend quality time with friends. Would definitely come back again.

Went to the guest service for a card— the rude lady wouldn’t even acknowledge me as I was a few minutes before official opening— she just very nonchalantly pointed to the opening hours!!! Slots were tight and the “free” coffee was horrible!!!

Definitely not coming back here. It felt like a rip-off with nothing exciting to offer. The place was packed, and it wasn’t even a fun experience. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere

Crooked! I spent thousands of dollars here one night! I played baccarat and won with $100 on dragon and they did not pay me because they said the rules are different at every game I left right away! not going back! never gamble here. Also had $300 on roulette I was only one at the table and I couldn’t see the number that hit the dealer was laughing out loud and smiling because I lost on the spin 😳 that was actually crazy never experienced unprofessionalism like this. bar tenders are also very rude

The food was decent, not worth the price but besides that a good server can really make or break your restaurant experience and I must say Holly is the worst server I have ever had. She’s yelling at her coworkers in the middle of the floor right next to the tables ruining everyone’s “fine” dining experience. No professionalism she should be fired. Overall bad energy will not be coming back.

Disappointed I waited to be seated at the restaurant as per the sign and no one came over to seat me and after a while of waiting I just left. I really just wanted a cocktail but with no service I'll just save my money

The staff here are very friendly and they have free electric car charging as well there's no poker room spots there's also free parking and it's just a really nice place to go

Canada Day Fireworks at Ajax Casino – July 1 I had a great experience celebrating Canada Day at Ajax Casino! The event was well-organized with a lively atmosphere, plenty of parking, and great crowd control. The highlight of the evening was definitely the fireworks display — it was stunning! The show lasted a good amount of time, with beautiful colours, patterns, and effects lighting up the sky. Families, couples, and groups of friends all seemed to enjoy the event. There were also food vendors and some light entertainment before the fireworks started, which made the wait more enjoyable. If you’re in the area for the next Canada Day, I’d definitely recommend heading to Ajax Casino for the celebration. It’s a great way to enjoy the holiday with fun, excitement, and a fantastic fireworks finale!
