A lovely young woman at reception, very kind, and a top-notch explanation. Thank you!

A shitty organization! The boss only comes to update a machine when you arrive, and then none of the machines pay out, ever since they removed the only game that paid out—their old roulette. Just think, he spent money updating it, even though this tiny online casino has also spent a lot on its website. Good advice: don't play there. On the other hand, if you want a job where you have nothing to do, they pay you instead of working themselves, even though there's already nothing to do. We all know this kind of laziness, but this guy takes the cake. I've seen people in my life who think they're better than everyone else. But here in Namur, we call it the "plucking casino." Machines that will get you into a bonus but won't give you anything—that's his job, wow!

I love going to the Golden Palace. I feel safe there, the staff are all wonderful and attentive. The sweets are so delicious and the armchairs are so comfortable! Everything is spotless and well-maintained. The Golden Palace offers games where you can win money, but not only that, you can also win chocolate!!!! 😜

Having frequented this gaming establishment as a customer, I found that the staff (a young, thin, dark-haired, and unfriendly man) didn't greet customers when starting their shift! I noticed this very often during the afternoon shift changes. They also didn't make much of an effort to serve customers properly (they lacked a smile). It's also a shame there weren't any women on staff; that would have been much more appreciated by the customers...

Having frequented the place quite a few times, I find that the room staff is a little too close to the customers and sometimes forgets who is there for work, they break the privacy barrier a little and are unprofessional: I find them a little too lax, they are often in their private room and forget the customers. They also make fun of you, so not at all professional. It's a bit of false advertising "play as you are". I also had the misfortune of fainting while I was in the room, what I find really unfortunate is that none of the room staff reacted. (Failure to Assist a Person in Danger) And regarding chance, I've noticed that the machines available are rigged. Let me explain: I often play dice spinners, and over 24 hours of play, the roulette wheel gave me 90% of 200 points, which is statistically illogical. I think they can rig the odds by making certain customers lose or not via computers. If you go there with the goal of winning, be aware that they can decide in advance whether or not you'll win. Most of the customers there are repeat customers and therefore also know the ins and outs of this method. If you want to keep your sanity and not foolishly lose your money, I urge you to avoid frequenting this place. Instead, head for games where computers play little role, such as blackjack or dealer-assisted roulette. Former customer of the Golden Gate
