Very disappointing experience, especially given the occasion. At 11:35am I was meeting my wife for lunch to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. While walking through the casino, I was stopped by a young staff member at the entrance who abruptly told me I “couldn’t come in” because it was an exit. I initially couldn’t hear him and stepped closer to clarify. He then insisted I leave, saying I’d have to walk outside and go through the cattle-run entrance and line up — despite there being no one there and the process bringing me out exactly where I was already standing. I have two bung knees, which I explained, but there was no consideration, no flexibility, and frankly no basic courtesy. The manner was rude and dismissive, completely unnecessary and a poor reflection on the venue. For a place that promotes premium experiences, this was anything but. Not a great way to start an anniversary lunch.

Great casino to visit for gaming (I don’t play), a good feed, and a dance to great music at The Groove Bar. Can’t wait to revisit Crown Casino Perth in the future.

It’s not as good as it used to be, even 6 years ago was a good place to go. You could get the casino bus from Yanchep for $20 for the bus, food and free game of keno. There was a bar and eating place near the stage and keno. Now its being repair and refurbished, everything is dearer and you cant win with anything less then $500

Lots to choose from here, and not like the normal all you can eat quality of food but nice stuff. Unlimited oysters and blue crab is pretty awesome! Even the fruit and desserts are great. I didn't have all the desserts because there is so many but the ones I had were the goods. I think I'll be back next time I'm in Perth.

We had an amazing time at the Crown Casino Perth. Everything about this experience was upscale and very accommodating. All areas, restrooms and restaurants were clean and inviting. Staff was helpful and directed us kindly. We will definitely be coming back.
